Commission Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms listed below.1. General Terms
β’ Style: My primary specialization is Anime Fantasy.
β’ Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline any commission request that I do not feel comfortable drawing or that falls outside my capabilities.
β’ Age Restriction: Since R18/NSFW content is allowed, you must be 18+ to commission explicit material. I may request proof of age.
β’ AI Policy:
No AI Generation: I do not use Generative AI tools in any part of my process. All work is hand-drawn.
No AI Training: You are strictly prohibited from using my artwork (commissioned or otherwise) for AI training, machine learning, or minting as NFTs.2. Payment
β’ Currency: Prices are in USD.
β’ Method: Payment is accepted via Paypal / Wise.
β’ Payment Structure:
Option A: 100% payment is required upfront before work begins. (This is the Requirements for NSFW Commissions)
Option B: 50% deposit is required to start the sketch, and the remaining 50% is due upon approval of the sketch/before final files are sent.
β’ Variable Pricing: Base prices are estimates. The final price may increase based on the complexity of the character design, background details, or props.3. Process & Turnaround Time (TAT)
β’ Workflow: Sketch β Lineart β Base Color β Shading/Rendering.
β’ Turnaround Time: TAT varies significantly based on the complexity and details of the design.
Typical estimation: 2 weeks to 1 months. (It still depends on how detailed the piece and how many characters are in it)
β’ If you have a strict deadline, please inform me before paying. Rush fees may apply.
β’ Communication: I will provide updates at key stages (Sketch, Lineart, Final). Please reply within 24 hours to ensure the workflow isn't delayed.4. Revisions
β’ Sketch Phase: Major changes to pose, composition, or design are allowed and free during the sketch phase.
β’ Rendering Phase: Once the artwork is lined or colored, only minor color adjustments are free. Significant changes (e.g., changing the pose or outfit) at this stage will have an additional fee.
β’ Artist Error: Any mistake on my part (missing details specified in the reference) will be fixed for free at any stage.5. Usage & Copyright
β’ Personal Use: Unless specified otherwise, commissions are for Personal Use Only (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers, personal printing, non-monetized social media posts).
β’ Commercial Use:
Commercial use includes using the art for merchandise, book covers, monetized streams (vtuber assets), or promotional marketing.
Fee: The price for commercial rights is x2 (200%) of the total commission price.
β’ Artist Rights: I retain the right to post the artwork on my social media and portfolio for promotional purposes.
Privacy: If you need the commission to remain private (or posted on a specific date), please discuss this with me beforehand. A privacy fee may apply.6. Timelapse Video
β’ Availability: A timelapse video of the drawing process is available upon request.
β’ Condition: You must request the timelapse immediately upon placing your order.
β’ Retroactive Requests: If you ask for a timelapse after I have already started drawing, I will likely be unable to provide it as the recording setup must be active from the start.7. Refunds & Cancellations
β’ Client Cancellation:
If you cancel before work begins: 100% refund.
β’ If you cancel during the sketch phase: 50% refund.
β’ If you cancel after lineart/coloring has begun: No refund.
β’ Artist Cancellation: If I cannot complete your commission for any reason (personal emergency, illness), you will receive a full refund.Commission Form
